If you wish to request a refund or store credit for any product, you must submit a claim to our Support Team. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the digital nature of our products and any previews or descriptions provided before purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and will generally not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
- You changed your mind after purchasing the product
- The product was purchased by mistake
- You lack the technical knowledge or software required to use the product
- The request is made as a goodwill gesture
- You are unable to access the product because it was removed by the seller or because your account was suspended or restricted
(Customers are strongly advised to download files immediately after purchase)
Approved Refunds
If a refund or credit is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method:
- Purchases made using Beststls USD Credits will be refunded as store credits
- Purchases made via PayPal or credit card will be refunded through the same payment provider
Pricing and Listing Errors
While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, products may occasionally be listed with incorrect pricing or information due to typographical or technical errors. In such cases, Beststls reserves the right to cancel or reverse an order, even if payment has already been processed. If this occurs, any paid amount will be promptly refunded or credited.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that if a PayPal dispute is opened, we will be unable to release any funds or credits associated with your account until the dispute has been fully resolved.
